Home Depot’s online tool deals for Nov. 5, 2026, feature Milwaukee M12 and M18 cordless tools. One M18 combo-kit offer includes a choice of select free tools or a battery and is described by ToolGuyd as saving an extra $30 versus a comparable Black Friday offer. The sale is scheduled to end at 3 a.m. ET on Nov. 6, or earlier if supplies run out.
Home Depot began an online-only tool flash sale on Nov. 5 featuring Milwaukee M12 and M18 cordless tools, with one M18 combo-kit offer described by deal site ToolGuyd as adding $30 in savings to a comparable Black Friday bundle. The sale is scheduled to end at 3 a.m. ET on Nov. 6, though ToolGuyd says offers may end sooner if supplies run out.
ToolGuyd reported that Milwaukee was the main focus of Home Depot’s Nov. 5 deals of the day. Among the offers, shoppers buying a Milwaukee M18 FUEL combo kit with a hammer drill and impact driver can select a free item. The choices listed are an angle grinder, jig saw, impact wrench, Hackzall one-handed reciprocating saw or FORGE battery. ToolGuyd said this offer resembles a Home Depot Black Friday deal but leaves buyers with an additional $30 in savings. The report does not provide the combo kit’s price or the individual values of the free items.
Other Milwaukee promotions include deals on M12 cordless tools and an offer pairing an M18 FUEL compact band saw kit with a free impact wrench or angle grinder. ToolGuyd says Acme Tools has the same band saw offer at a price $196 higher, but its report does not give the underlying prices or details needed to compare the full terms. A separate deal mentioned in the report bundles a Ridgid trim router and 1/4-sheet sander for $90.15.
ToolGuyd disclosed that it may earn an affiliate commission if readers buy through its links. Its report identifies the sale as a Home Depot promotion, but the terms, availability and final checkout prices should be checked directly with the retailer. The stated end time is 3 a.m. Eastern on Nov. 6, subject to earlier sellouts.
Savings Depend on Bundle Terms
The sale may matter to shoppers already considering Milwaukee cordless tools because the offers combine a purchase with a free item rather than presenting every product at a single reduced price. The reported extra $30 saving applies to a specific M18 hammer drill and impact driver kit offer, and the included choices are limited. Buyers should compare the kit’s price and the value of the selected item with other retailer offers before deciding whether the bundle fits their needs.
The compact band saw promotion also illustrates why comparing full terms matters. ToolGuyd reports a $196 price difference at Acme Tools for the same stated offer, but the source does not include the exact prices, shipping costs or other conditions. Those details are needed to judge the practical difference. With an online sale that can end when stock runs out, availability may also vary by product.

How It Compares With Black Friday
ToolGuyd frames the M18 combo-kit promotion against Home Depot’s 2026 Black Friday tool deals. It says the flash-sale offer has the same basic structure as a Black Friday bundle—buy a combo kit and receive a free tool or battery—with an additional $30 left over for the shopper. The source does not establish whether every item or condition matches the Black Friday offer, so the comparison is best understood as applying to the deal described in the report.
The sale was presented as Home Depot’s set of deals of the day for Nov. 5, rather than as a permanent price change. The reported deadline falls overnight between Nov. 5 and Nov. 6, Eastern time, and the retailer’s stated stock conditions may shorten the window. The available source lists selected promotions, not a complete catalog of every product included.

Prices and Stock Need Checking
The source does not list the M18 combo kit’s sale price, the standalone prices of the free items, or full terms for each Milwaukee M12 promotion. It also does not clarify whether the offers apply to all shoppers, locations or product configurations. ToolGuyd’s report says the flash sale is online-only, but individual product availability and checkout totals may change.
The claimed $196 difference for the compact band saw kit is not accompanied by the compared retailers’ exact prices or details such as shipping and eligibility. It is therefore not possible from the report alone to verify the final cost difference. Home Depot’s live listings are the place to confirm current prices, stock and offer conditions.
Check Offers Before the Deadline
Shoppers interested in the listed deals can check Home Depot’s product pages for the current price, available free-item choices and stock status. The reported sale deadline is 3 a.m. ET on Nov. 6, 2026, unless supplies sell out first. The source provides no later update or confirmation of how long any individual offer remains available, so the listed terms should be treated as time-sensitive.
